Tell me what you have
Share what you know in a short form. I ask simple follow-up questions and offer a free 30-minute Family Archive Planning Session. No sorting or inventory needed.
Photos, videotapes, documents, recordings, or digital files—I organize your project, coordinate the right specialists, and help build a finished family archive you can use and share. You work directly with me, your project manager, from start to finish.
You don’t have to get organized before asking for help. No inventory required.
I started itsallkin because I saw how modern technology could bring a family’s photos, emails, text messages, recordings, and stories together in one accessible place—a kind of living time capsule. Many families already have these memories. The challenge is connecting and organizing them, especially when new technology feels unfamiliar.
That is where my project-management background comes in. I break big, complicated projects into smaller, achievable steps: find what exists, sort it, identify the people and dates, decide what to preserve, and bring the pieces together.
Every family is different. You decide what matters and what the finished archive should look like. I organize and coordinate the work, whether that leads to a family website, a timeline, or an easier-to-use collection of files and keepsakes.
You bring the collection and your goals. I organize the process.

I define your goal, identify the different materials, outline the work and agree on priorities, scope and budget.
I compare appropriate scanning, media-transfer, preservation or technical providers, obtain quotes, and manage approved work and handoffs.
I organize the agreed results in a suitable family website or archive platform, check access and hand over the files and instructions your family needs.
Imagine a family with six boxes of photographs, four VHS tapes, paper letters and photos scattered across relatives’ phones. They want everything easier to find and share, but do not know where to start.
This illustrates a possible project process rather than a completed client engagement. Full-project coordination and specialist services are quoted separately, with your approval before work begins. I help you choose a suitable archive solution; you make the final decision.

I first experienced the possibilities when I built a private family website for my parents. I realized that photos, old emails, texts, letters, recordings, and the stories behind them could become a living time capsule that relatives can return to, explore, and add to over time.
I also noticed why these projects so often stall. Families want to preserve their memories, but sorting through boxes, finding messages, putting dates to pictures, and making sense of it all can be overwhelming. The biggest barrier is often organization—not interest.
For 15 years, I’ve worked in marketing and business project management, dividing complex projects into smaller, achievable pieces and coordinating the people needed to complete them. With itsallkin, I use that experience to sort through the pieces with you, create a workable plan, bring in appropriate specialists when needed, and coordinate the project from start to finish.
Every family has its own stories and priorities. You guide the outcome, including what belongs in your archive and who can access it. I manage the agreed steps so the project feels possible rather than overwhelming.
A free first conversation, a defined first phase, and a quote for the full project.
After your free Family Archive Planning Session, I can begin with a fixed $200 phase of up to 2.5 hours of concierge work. I prepare a high-level overview of your collection, write a practical roadmap, identify initial provider options where appropriate, and carry out one agreed coordination action. I also explain the next phase and its likely costs. You keep the completed plan even if you choose not to continue.
The $200 first phase includes up to 2.5 hours of agreed work, targeted for completion within 10 business days, depending on family and specialist responses. It is a one-time, fixed-scope phase—not a subscription. Digitization, full archive buildout, ongoing support and outside costs are not included. I obtain approval before additional work or outside spending.
After the first phase, I can continue as your family archive concierge with a separately quoted buildout tailored to your goals. I coordinate approved scanning and media specialists, organize the resulting materials, oversee quality checks, help create a private family website or suitable archive platform, and guide your family through using it. I can also provide ongoing help with new memories, additions, family participation and upkeep as needed. I quote and agree on each scope before work begins—there is no automatic recurring charge.
The 30-minute Family Archive Planning Session is free. The first fixed-scope phase is $200; archive buildout and ongoing support are quoted separately for the work you approve. Scanning, conversion, restoration, hosting, subscriptions, shipping and other outside costs are additional. I seek approval before expenses or additional work. No automatic renewal.
An archive is more meaningful when people help create it. I can plan and coordinate simple activities that bring memories to life—without giving everyone another app to learn.
I help with invitations, scheduling, questions, and recording plans. Stories and recordings are collected only with participants' permission.

Every family has different memories and different goals. Here are three ways I can bring photographs, messages, stories, and recordings together into an archive that's easy to explore.
FAMILY WEBSITE
A private home for family photographs, important moments, and a shared timeline. I connect the pieces so relatives can find the memories that matter to them.

PHOTO COLLECTION
Photos arranged into summers, places, and decades, with stories added alongside them. I help turn a box of pictures into a collection the family can enjoy together.

ORGANIZED ARCHIVE
Emails, photo boxes, documents, and recordings organized into manageable collections. I identify what's there, connect useful details, and make the next steps clear.

These are illustrative webpage previews, not links to live family websites. I keep family materials private or access-controlled and share them only with appropriate permission.
Tell me what you have and what you hope to preserve. I'll organize the work and help bring it into one usable archive.
